General terms and conditions

• Your booking confirmation must be sent to us by email at least 12 hours before the pick-up time.
• Eden Mobility reserves the right to charge the price of the transport if it has not been cancelled 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• The customer will not be entitled to claim any compensation of any kind.
• Luggage under 25 kg per person and hand luggage: Free of charge.
• All transport services are payable in cash on completion by the following methods: cash, Visa.
• Eden Mobility cannot be held responsible for objects or luggage left in the vehicles.
• We decline all responsibility for any damage caused by delays or the cancellation of a connection, particularly due to bad weather or poor traffic conditions.
• Eden Mobility reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the behaviour of customers jeopardises the safety of the driver of the vehicle.
